It’s far from official, but off-the-record confirmation is coming in in waves now: This is the Nike KD 8, Kevin Durant’s next signature shoe.
More accurately, this is said to be an early stage of a design that has evolved significantly since, but at its heart this is the design. The upper is a true lowtop, infused with a light, breathable material thatappears to be Flyweave or some kind of Engineered Mesh. A completely reengineered sole unit boasts visible air from heel to toe, meanwhile, and an intriguing new outsole design delivers traction and durability below.
